The site is a showcase website and does not offer account creation. As there is no contact form on the site, no personal data is collected directly through the site. Only technical data (for example IP address, browser type, connection logs) may be processed automatically by the host or the external services used, in order to ensure the operation and security of the site.
Purposes of processing
Any technical data processed is used solely to: • ensure the proper operation of the site; • guarantee its security; • produce, where applicable, technical operating statistics. Commercial exchanges and the client relationship take place outside the site.
External services used
Commercial exchanges may take place via Fiverr, LinkedIn, email, Shine or PayPal depending on the case. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. The site is deployed on Vercel or a suitable platform, which may process technical data as the host.
Retention period
Technical data processed by the host or the external services is retained according to the periods defined by those providers. Exchanges carried out via Fiverr, LinkedIn, email, Shine or PayPal are retained according to those services' own policies and the applicable legal obligations (in particular accounting obligations for invoicing documents).
Data sharing
MegaMind Studio does not sell your data. The only data processed is handled by the technical and commercial providers mentioned above, within the limits necessary to provide their services.

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (in particular the GDPR for European Union residents), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction regarding your data.
